## What you will learn

No. It shows you how to read a label and what to ask. If you or a guest must avoid all alcohol for a health reason, ask a doctor or pharmacist, and read each label yourself.

### Do I need to know the city to use the method?

No. The method works for any city on the site. You use the listing, the venue's own site and a call to the venue.

### Is the certificate a hospitality qualification?

No. It is a certificate of completion from this site. It records that you passed this exam. It is not a professional qualification or a licence.
